Abstract: The purpose of this project is to transform the way in which the DOSMART Solutions company handles its ICT projects and adapts to the new management standards such as SCRUM and ITIL. In addition, it aims to implement a collaborative document management system to develop the digital transformation of the company. This Project is the result of the needs that the company DOSMART Solutions faces with the increase and growth of their projects. This evolution in the company also affects to the way the documentation is managed and the policies applied during the planning and the execution of the projects. These procedures need to be renewed in order to fulfil the clients requirements regarding an adequate and standardized management of their projects. The increase in projects is also leading the organization to chaos and constant stress situations among its employees. To improve the company work method, it is proposed to implement an online document management software that allows generating collaborative documents, allowing the employees to access the documentation regarding projects from any location and avoiding service and file duplicates such as calendars or document versions. On the other hand, a specific project management software implantation, complemented by efficient project management methodologies such as SCRUM, ITIL and software tools that help their implementation.
