Abstract: This document is the memory for the TFG in Computer Engineering. In this memory you will find all the information about the different phases of planning, analysis, design, implementation and startup of the project. To develop this project we used the technology JavaEE (Java Enterprise Edition) wich is a platform for developing enterprise applications because it has multiple services, APIs and protocols that provides the needed functionalities to develop distributed applications. The Model View Controller (MCV) model has been used in the project, by one side it defines the components for the representation of information and by the other side it defines the user interaction. We also created an Android application so that community workers can read the water counters and then upload the data that they collect to the server. The project focuses on a web application for two real irrigation communities. The main objective is the creation of a web application where the workers can manage the information of the exploiters of the communities and the water that they consume in order to be able to invoice the consumption and apportionments of the land that they own. The exploiters will be able to consult their monthly water consumption on the web and check the history of consumptions recorded in the system, also, they will be able to consult the annual apportionment of the land they own and download it with pdf.
