Abstract: In our day college failure or constant change of degree (major) in universities most likely caused by lack of information or proper orientation, even unsteadiness or doubts about the job opportunities in the future interfere in this matter. This issue affects mostly the students, in their motivation for example, and the public image of the university. Looking forward for a change in the panorama, it is proposed in this thesis (TFM), the development of a high-resolution prototype app "mobile first", which will facilitate the task of choosing the proper college degree, orientate and adjust the expectation, preferences and necessities of the "future" students and improve the institution and their orientation towards the students. Reaching the different proposes and offer an exceptional helping service and vocational orientation, would be possible thanks to the resources that define the app, as the efficient use of multimedia resources for the transmission of information and consolidate the comprehension, or for being an app able to integrate Artificial intelligence (IA). It is proposed, with the help of the IA and through the use of a software like the IBM "Watson Assistant", relocate the orientate figure to the digital phase, using a Chatbot or virtual assistant, who will work with the student along the change process.
