Abstract: The objective of this final degree project is to develop within a control panel of the financial institution where I work, focused on the expenses of the employees and their movements in the geographical area where your business is carried out, all that is necessary to include geolocation of the stores where they are produced. The final product will define within the scorecard the visual and technical elements through which the expenses of the employees of the organization will be controlled and analysed according to the geographical location of these businesses. This tool will be very flexible and at the same time its use will be intuitive and simple, indicated for non-expert personnel. In short, the objective of the work has been to enter the BI world and train the company to know and analyse the performance of new processes and how they will be carried out, with the aim of improving decision making regarding expenses of the employees. Finally, we briefly describe how to configure the solution, so that any company that follows a similar business model can use the characteristics of the new dashboard data proposed.
