Abstract: The aim of this project is to design and to develop a web application that facilitates the control and management of the different tasks in a graphic arts workshop. The user interface must be intuitive, easy to use, responsive and optimized for a tactile use. The information generated in production workshops is very important and it allows companies to make the right decisions in order to improve the whole productive system. Currently, the control and management of the graphic arts workshop this application is developed for is done manually, arising many problems and inefficiencies. An automated production of tasks will provide reliable data in real time and therefore an increase in efficiency and an optimization of all resources. The result obtained is a fully functional application which provides an answer to a real need. The implementation using new technologies and current market trends has been an opportunity to grow professionally and to take advantage of new advances in web development. In conclusion, the project achieves the initial objectives and it is a starting point with future possibilities, adding new functionalities and improvements to the current product.
