| Abstract: | The contents of these materials revolve around usability and evaluation of interactive products. We want to evaluate them to see if they work, how well they work, and especially to know which work well for a specific user. It introduces the concept of usability and how to assess it in the context of user-centered design. We present different usability methodologies describing their characteristics and peculiarities, and recommendations for using them in the right time. To present them in a clear and consistent way, this methodologies are grouped according to whether the user is directly involved. |
