Title: La implicación y el coaching nutricional como herramientas para la mejora del almuerzo escolar: diseño de intervención

Abstract: Design of a nutritional education program for the improvement of school lunch, with activities based on the methodologies of involvement and coaching, aimed at students enrolled in 4th grade of primary school and their families. Study of the results obtained after the execution of the program for 4 weeks, taking into consideration the quality of lunch before, during and after the intervention.
