Abstract: Given the recent official recognition of employee burnout by the World Health Organization (WHO) in the new Edition of the International Classification of Diseases, which will enter into force on 1 January 2022, and its economic impact on the business world, companies are in need to learn how to face this problem. That is why this work is based on making information accessible about the stress of employees in their workplace. Thanks to a mobile application, organizations will be able to detect if they have a burnout problem and, if so, find out what is causing them so they can act on it. This Android and iOS application will facilitate the registration and query of data that cause labor stress, which is not currently controlled by companies, through an authentication system with differentiation of roles (administrator and employee). In addition, it will provide views with the list of employees of the company, a form to enter entries about the states and causes of them, as well as graph and calendar views of the states and causes entered by each user, individually. To sum up, the main objective of this TFG is to transfer all this information in a mobile application, so than companies have access to it. It offers a technological solution that seeks to detect a critical problem in the current labor market, and that would allow for the first step in its prevention.
