Abstract: Currently, the world is globalized and companies compete with any company around the world. This has caused that more and more companies seek to improve their competitiveness by improving the efficiency and productivity of their business processes based on TIC. To improve the efficiency and productivity of their processes, most companies have implemented business management systems (ERP). There are several providers of these systems, the best known are SAP, Microsoft, SAGE and Oracle. In this work, an infrastructure of SAP systems will be designed and implemented to develop and exploit applications for mobile or Tablets and via web. The objective is to provide an infrastructure for the development and exploitation of mobile applications and via the web, prioritizing security, availability and response times in a large company where all processes are critical. The system will provide greater flexibility in accessing information by the company's workers and thus increase the competitiveness of the company through an improvement in business processes.
