Abstract: Preparation of a manual of good practices in the prevention of occupational risks in beer production, to be implemented for all the breweries of a recognised Spanish group, as a simple and graphic tool, which has all the basic information necessary on risks and preventive measures for the information and training of workers; furthermore, to serve as a document integrating prevention into the coordination of business activities.
