Abstract: Dozens of electrical motors can be found in the modern production factories working on different kind of tasks. Their mobile parts need an appropriate maintenance to work properly and to extend their useful life. With a system capable of monitoring these equipment vibrations, it is avoidable lubricate more than necessary and send a notice when malfunctioning is detected and a more exhaustive maintenance is required. With this information, production unnecessary stops are avoided because of unexpected failures, which are prevented with a brief previous maintenance. To accomplish this, vibration sensors connected to a processor are used, which communicate with the sensors to collect and send this data to a remote server for monitoring and analysis. This server executes the necessary algorithms to determine if any action is required. The conclusions obtained are sent back to the processor so that it can carry out the necessary operations based on the response received.
