Author: | Schreber Sánchez, Joerg Miguel |

Abstract: | The research work begins by carrying out an analysis around the evolution of collaborative platforms from their origins, when they acted as mere intermediaries of person-to-person transactions without the mediation of the markets, to much more complex current scenarios, participated by companies that have transformed the collaborative purpose in contexts of economic exchange based on underlying services. Considering the objectives of the study and the lack of a unitary criteria around the classification of the underlying jobs in these platforms, we will focus mainly on "demand work" from the labor point of view, distinguishing two scenarios: "on-demand work line "and" work under demand off-line ". For later, deepen the identity of the workers, who provide these services, as well as the problems associated with their work. The platforms base their business model on productive outsourcing where all the costs related to the job provision itself are entirely assumed by the so-called "digital workers". For this, we will analyze the characteristic notes of the workforce of these workers, and if these services they have been providing do so camouflaged under the figure of false selfemployed. In the absence of unified doctrine in Spain, we will conclude this study comparing the main sentences that are coming, pronouncing, especially the cases of Deliveroo, Glovo and Take Eat Easy. |
