Abstract: This research work shows the integration of differents disciplines which nourish the genosociogram analysis work from the systemics of unconscious, the matrix scheme that supports it and results of its application on social intervention professionals welfare in a formative context. All of them with the aim of generating knowledge available to professionals. The integration of the different disciplines from the theoretical framework of Bio-PhsycoGeneology (psychoanalytic theory, neuroscience, epigenetics, neurobiology, physics, psychodynamic model) is shown that nourish the analysis of the genosociogram from the systemic of the unconscious work. With this research work and from Social Health Work, social intervention professionals are offered the chance of transform a tool, genosociogram, widely known by professionals, in a diagnostic technique within clinic social work oriented to the development of people's potential, prevention and health in a socio-relational context. In order to get that, it has been done a descriptive and explanatory observational research study which target has been formed by active professionals with the aim of confirm genosociogram tool as technique that is able to access to the subconscious or preconscious information to identify the psychosocial discomfort of intervened people and being able to set as professionals a therapeutic relationship with an active role in accompanying psychosocial suffering. This research work allows to confirm who this tool, in hands of an expert in its analysis and humanistic therapeutic accompaniment, can provide the diagnostic of the origin of psychosocial discomfort of intervened people.
