Author: Jordà Serra, Meritxell
Tutor: Marco Canoves, Irma
Abstract: MOSS is a gastronomic product based on picnic. The differential factor is based on the user experience: smart packaging. Moss aims to help the final consumer to know about a particular territory through the local food and also different geographical areas. All these factors together make a two-way product, taking account of the needs of the final costumer and also the manufacturer ones. The working process begins with the analysis of behavioral changes in the society during the Covid-19 pandemic. From there, is the need to create a new product: MOSS in order to fulfill the new habits according to the different regulations. By means of a QR code and geocaching, the user has access to any information related to the nearest picnic areas and other services provided. This project is focused on the creation of the corporate image of a product that was then not yet available in the market. Nevertheless, smart packaging has been the key feature of this project as well as the design of different applications to carry on this project in a future.
