Abstract: | The approach of this final master's work consists of making a proposal for an intervention plan in order to improve happiness at work from the management of the work environment in a securities transport company located in Bogota, Colombia. It's worth say; that this intervention plan is applicable to any organization that has similar results in its diagnosis of organizational climate and happiness or that simply wishes to implement good people management practices within your company in order to increase its productivity through of the improvement of the climate and work happiness. The structure of this work is divided into three parts: A part that contemplates the theoretical framework where the different and main theories of climate, happiness and people management are reviewed, from the definitions and concepts to the models proposed by different authors; The second part frames the diagnosis made in the securities company by applying two validated instruments to measure work climate and happiness at work to the operational and administrative personnel with their different results and the third part is the one that projects the proposed intervention plan according to the results found in the diagnosis, of a general and specific type for each of the most affected areas. |
