Abstract: In this business plan you can learn about Alimar Digital's business model by analyzing the customer segment to which the company will be directed, the value proposal that will differentiate it from the competition, the strategic communication channels to be used, the resources, partners and key activities necessary for the development of the activity and long-term stability and finally, analyze the revenue and costs flows in which the company will incur. All this analysis and the implementation of operational, marketing, financial and organizational strategies will allow us to know the degree of viability of the business idea. The established analysis will leave strong evidence of how Alimar Digital Books will contribute to cover the general offer of the market by exploiting an emerging market niche that will allow it to meet the demands of a specific target audience with a reduced initial investment for the creation and development of the company where, given the company's digital environment, it will be able to take advantage of information and communication technologies to expand its client base, get visibility, reduce the costs of commercial and real estate marketing, expand its distribution channels, know better to its clients and competition, among others, that will provide it with knowledge and long-term economic and financial benefits such as the financial plan analyzed in this project, proves it. The increase in profits obtained by increasing sales and reducing fixed costs will give the company the opportunity to self-finance, invest in assets necessary for its expansion, remunerate shareholders, increase voluntary reserves and reduce financial costs.
