Abstract: The following final degree project shows the development of business project of a national company, located in Barcelona. The purpose of Xavier Garcia, the company, is designing glasses. The main objective of this project is to obtain more presence throughout the country, not only in sales but also in notoriety. The marketing plan first evaluates the market situation, either an external analysis, considering the factors of the macro-environment and the microenterprise, but also the internal analysis of the same company. These factors are important to be able to determine the objectives and define their performance in the period that is established.
