Abstract: Introduction: Due to the pandemic situation of the COVID, face-to-face visits have been reduced with the consequent increase in virtual visits accompanied by a process of digital transformation of the health system, increasing the use of digital tools. Currently, the preventive activities of alcohol consumption screening in the population between 15 and 60 years of age in the Cap de Sarrià de Ter (Girona), present a low register. The design of the intervention is carried out by means of the eConsultation for the registration and screening of alcohol consumption and to find out the possible relationship with tobacco consumption. Objective: To evaluate the level of perceived quality of care and of a remote screening programme using the eConsultation to record alcohol consumption among users of the Cap de Sarrià de Ter between 15 and 60 years of age. Methodology: We designed a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional observational study using a screening tool. We will use a self-administered survey of an ad hoc questionnaire that includes the AUDIT-C questionnaire (reduced) and asks, in addition to other demographic variables, whether the person is a smoker and the amount of consumption in web format. Results: In the intervention, the effectiveness of the registers will be evaluated by quantifying the number of questionnaires recorded in the patient's clinical history. We expect an increase in the number of records of alcohol consumption variables at the end of the study to detect risk behaviours that require intervention and to be able to confirm the relation between alcohol consumption and tobacco consumption.
