Abstract: At the beginning of the 21st century, New Forms of Work Organization (NFWO) based on the massive use of knowledge were consolidated. Teleworking is one of these NFWO, which provides greater flexibility than traditional organizational forms. The adoption of this work modality had its boom in March 2020, being considered the best way to cushion the negative effects of the Covid 19 pandemic in organizations. Given that numerous authors have shown that during the pandemic period people without teleworking experience don´t obtain the same benefits than experienced teleworkers, the study´s aim is to know the relationship between teleworking implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic period and teleworker´s job satisfaction, taking into account variables such as job flexibility, workload and work-family conciliation. To achieve this objective, 124 people (43 men and 81 women) with an average age of 37 years, all of them teleworkers at some point in their working lives, completed a questionnaire that assesses certain psychosocial risks at work. The sample was divided into two groups: inexperienced teleworkers (they hadworked remotely for the first time due to the pandemic) (N = 102) and experienced teleworkers (they had teleworked before) (N = 22). Correlation analyzes revealed that job flexibility and work-family conciliation are positively related, while workload is negatively related to them. In addition, the Student´s T-Test reported significant differences between both groups, being inexperienced participants the ones who obtain worse results. No differences were observed based on gender. In summary, teleworking seems to have a negative impact on job satisfaction of people who have put it into practice for the first time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
