Abstract: We are in a global position in which we must take care of our planet, so that we can continue on it for many more years. That is why, now more than ever, that we must address energy saving and energy efficiency, as they are essential for caring for the environment. In the present work, a management system for an office building is proposed, focused on the control of lighting, air conditioning and enclosures, thanks to home automation devices and applications. With this management it is intended to evaluate, control and optimize its consumption, thus reaching to be able to improve energy efficiency and its impact on the environment, which also has an impact on obtaining greater economic savings. In addition, it will also serve to obtain better qualities for the people who work in the building, since they will always have the most suitable lighting and temperature at all times of the day.
