Title: Diseño e implementación de la base de datos para una aplicación de control de procesos de seguridad informática

Abstract: The objectives of this final degree project are to apply the knowledge acquired during the studies of computer engineering degree and, based on these, to design and develop a database from fixed initial requirements. The system will allow the client to manage in an agile way all the information related to the state of the company's cybersecurity, and to visualize the indicators that have been considered appropriate in the requirements document in a known response time. The cascade methodology has been used for the development of the system, since we start from a closed statement that will not present changes throughout the project, and that is more adapted to the development by a unipersonal team. The final result meets the requested requirements, since it allows full management through stored procedures, without the need for direct access permissions to data by users, and thus controlling and maintaining the integrity of these from the functional requirements obtained from the study of the statement. Datawarehousing techniques have been used to use the database as a repository of the data corresponding to the company's cybersecurity status, allowing queries to be answered in constant time. In conclusion, it has been a more complex and demanding project than initially expected, but personally enriching, and has allowed me to gain a broader knowledge of what a project of this type entails.
