Abstract: This communication plan aims to apply the different communication functions so that IKEA can face the new situation rised in the home decoration sector by the end of the pandemic, minimizing the impact on sales and highlighting his policies of social responsibility by keeping in mind the importance of digital media today and under a common message that reinforces in the consumer the memory of the importance of home now a day that the restrictions have ceased and they spend less time in House.
