Abstract: The following TFM presents the communication plan for the rural house Cal Tanet. The proposal was born from the desire and passion for events and the rural world, since I was very young, I have been very clear that I wanted to have my own space where I could organise special events in a unique environment. I think you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Communication is not only an element of sales but has become an element of image and reputation. For this reason, we are committed to develop a communication project that starts from a strategy that allows us to position the project, describe who we are, what we fly and how we spread it, to reach the established target and build a community. That is why this master's Final Project starts from a theoretical basis, where strategic communication, the communication plan and specialised Marketing in the sector are explained. In addition, an internal and external analysis phase is carried out, i.e. an initial audit to find out the real situation of the project, as well as the definition of objectives, in order to develop a value proposal that allows us to explain what is different about Cal Tanet. The communication plan also sets out the positioning of the brand, what we will do and defines a series of strategies, tactics and actions to define how we will do it. Finally, it includes the analytical part of the project, which provides us with data on the performance of the actions, to know what is going well and what is not and to improve future strategies.
