Title: Entrepatios: feminismos en construcción. Las viviendas colaborativas como oportunidad para la reorganización de los cuidados
Author: Sánchez Moya, Almudena
Tutor: Gil García, Javier
Abstract: This text sets out to explore the opportunity presented by the increasingly diverse reality of forms of cohabitation for the construction of non-normative communities capable of responding to the current care crisis; beyond the nuclear family and the market. Collaborative housing projects aim to respond to these new forms of social organisation. The networks of communality and diverse kinships that are organised around them can be creative ways of dealing with the reproduction of life, care and upbringing. The Entrepatios project has been analysed from a feminist perspective. One of the main results is that Entrepatios and its different promotions could be an opportunity to develop these imaginaries, although at present they are not. The cooperative has implemented mechanisms and strategies that seek to confront these limits and aspire to transform the collective horizon. Commitment to a feminist practice, joint collective credits, common work, redistributive practices, shared spaces or participatory, flexible design with a gender perspective are, among others, tools that can help to embrace these new assembled realities, and, perhaps, these will be able to build communities that care.
