Abstract: Master's thesis on the impact of the digital revolution on employment in the United States. It analyzes the main characteristics of this phenomenon, the positive and negative effects it has on the work environment, as well as the particularities of the U.S. labor market. To measure how digitalization and employment are related, an index has been created to measure the degree of digitalization in the country, and a statistical analysis has been carried out. Then, the situation in the states of Utah and Alaska was analyzed, and subsequently, recommendations were proposed regarding the public policies that should be taken based on the results obtained.
