Abstract: This document contains the business plan for TrainFit, a gym located in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona). Its analysis will show the viability of this business, which will form part of the sector CNAE 9313 Activities of gyms. The aim is to offer people access to a quality gym at a low cost alongside an innovative aesthetic. The place and the background sound will take the client far from his own temporal perception, placing him in space-time conditions totally different from reality. In this way, the aim is to break with the traditional concept of gyms in order to adapt to a new, more demanding market that seeks differentiation from the rest. The objective is to make TrainFit become a place where everyone can train in a completely distinctive and futuristic surrounding at a very competitive price. In addition, the center offers complementary services to sports practice, such as physiotherapy and nutrition, both rooms also with a futuristic atmosphere. Any customer who wants to escape from the world around him and disconnect, while improving his health, diet and physical appearance, can purchase and access pass to cross TrainFit’s door and enter the future. The gym motto is engraved on it: "Train today to become who you want to be tomorrow". To show its viability, several points have been taken into consideration, such as the analysis of the environment, the business model, the marketing plan, the resources and operations plan and the financial plan. Through the results obtained, it has been proved that it is a viable and profitable project.
