Abstract: Communications play a very important role in the daily work of any company, that's why it would be highly recommended to provide them with infrastructures and modern and advanced technical elements. A communication network must have three fundamental pillars: growth, efficiency and trust. Based on these three pillars, my work aims to develop possible solutions that serve as a guide for the contracting of various communication services, in order to improve the productivity of any company, relying on infrastructure and ICT resources. The present work programme is divided into three parts. The first part consists of creating a multi-service network that allows to accommodate services in diverse situations. This network must have the necessary elements to guarantee that services supported have a high reliability, availability, scalability and quality. The second part is based on introducing a service within the network created and described in the previous section and that is essential for any company. I am referring to Telephony. We will know the benefits of IP telephony, as well as some concepts that will be of great help to understand how it works. Finally, we will delve into a disturbing aspect such as cybersecurity. Preserving and protecting data, as well as guaranteeing the operability and integrity of the systems must be a priority for all the companies.
