Abstract: This Final Degree Project is about a presentation of various experiences in Virtual Reality designed to be applied in psychological therapies for the treatment of phobias. The idea is to allow a patient with this type of disorder to be exposed to their fears in a progressive and guided way without leaving the consultation. Since the extension of a final product of these characteristics can be very large due to the number of levels required, the present project presents, as a promotional product, several scenes divided into 3 phobias, each of which has 3 levels of intensity (low, medium, high). The completion of the project has required working on the different roles that we find in any audio-visual creation of 3D animation such as the development of a script, the design of scenarios, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering and advanced audio editing. Blender, Affinity Photo, Final Cut, Apple Motion, Logic Pro and FFmpeg have been used to carry out these tasks. The result is a promotional product in stereoscopic 360º video format with a realistic aesthetic that will allow the viewer to feel a high degree of immersion and reality, capable of bringing out feelings of distress that, in a complete therapy, would make possible behavioural reorientation in stressful situations.
