Abstract: | During the last decade, the public powers have defended the need to promote a preventive culture in Spanish organizations. However, 30% of workers in 2020 suffered accidents related to their work. Given this fact, it is necessary to establish effective detection mechanisms since their consequences affect people's safety and general health. The present study intends to analyse the existing risks in the Jalance City Council, prioritizing the evaluation of psychosocial risks through the CoPsoQ-istas21 method and ergonomic risks with the ROSA method, analysing five positions belonging to the department of administration of the municipal entity. The results obtained indicate that in 80% of the profiles analysed, more unfavourable situations prevail for their occupational health and safety. Consequently, it is necessary to establish preventive measures to minimize or eliminate psychosocial and ergonomic hazards in each evaluated job. Due to the limitations of other similar studies, the present work aims to establish a starting point for future risk assessments in Town Halls with less than 1000 inhabitants and/or at risk of depopulation. |
