Abstract: In a digital, ICT or technological corporate sphere, it is a complex situation to maintain or incorporate highly qualified technical profiles. This is a challenge that is becoming increasingly important among the priorities of leading companies, with the aim of reducing the costs associated with high professional turnover, consolidating teams, and contributing to their development, as well as incorporating new organisational strategies in line with the current ecosystem. We analyse the factors that have a negative and positive impact on talent retention. As well as the success factors in this maintenance and development of digital talent. Among which we highlight continuous training, emotional salary, company culture, mental health care, adaptation to the work environment and conciliation/flexibility. Giving employees a central role and ensuring their skills development, security in an environment of trust.
