Abstract: The first purpose of this end-of-degree project is to design a database that allows a large company to manage business risk and, secondly, to put into practice everything learned during the Computing Degree at the UOC. In the current socioeconomic context, the importance of incorporating risk management into business objectives becomes relevant. Since it is one of the main means to provide companies with resilience before the changing environment. To create this database, the Waterfall development methodology will be used. Developing in this document all the usual phases that compose it: planning, monitoring and control, analysis, design, implementation, and validation. As a result of this work, it is expected to obtain a set of deliverables, among which are: the necessary scripts for the creation of the system, procedures that will ensure its correct use, creation, and maintenance of a series of essential indicators for the business and the elaboration of a set of tests to verify the correct functioning of the system. During the execution of the work, most of the requested points have been achieved. Only pending the implementation of a series of elements, proposed throughout the design phase, which would give the system a more proactive nature and the development of a set of more specific tests. These developments have not had a place within the project due to tight times.
