Es esencial tener la capacidad de reconocer, comprender, expresar y regular nuestras emociones para mantener un bienestar y una salud mental equilibrada. Sin embargo, muchas personas se enfrentan a dificultades en este aspecto, lo cual puede ocasionar una serie de problemas emocionales y tener un impacto negativo en nuestras relaciones y nuestra capacidad para lidiar con el estrés y los desafíos diarios. Es de vital importancia ser conscientes de nuestras emociones, comprender cómo nos afectan y desarrollar habilidades efectivas para gestionarlas de manera adecuada.
