Implantación de una solución ERP en una empresa de producción de elementos de fijación

Abstract

EuskoFix es una empresa que se dedica a la producción y comercialización de tornillos y elementos de fijación. Inició su andadura en el año 1.988 y a lo largo de los años la empresa ha ido creciendo y aumentando su facturación. Sin embargo, la situación tecnológica de la empresa no es la ideal, lo que le está generando problemas a la hora de conseguir sus objetivos estratégicos. La dirección de EuskoFix es consciente de esta situación, por lo que ha decidido iniciar un proceso de transformación digital en la empresa que comenzará por implantar un ERP que dé cobertura funcional e integre todos sus procesos de negocio de forma que puedan aumentar su productividad y alcanzar sus objetivos más ambiciosos. Este proyecto de implantación comienza con un análisis de la empresa para conocerla en profundidad y examinar qué problemas tecnológicos existen actualmente y qué requisitos deberá cumplir la nueva herramienta a implantar. Una vez realizado este análisis previo, se llevará a cabo un proceso de selección de una herramienta ERP adecuada para la empresa, de entre varias soluciones que se comercializan. Por último, se definirá un plan de implantación que incluirá las adaptaciones del sistema, la migración de los datos y las políticas de gestión del cambio que se adoptarán, así como las acciones a tomar en el futuro.

However, the technological situation of the Company is not ideal, wich is causing problems when it comes to achieving its strategic objectives. The Euskofix management is aware of this situation, which is why it has decided to start a digital transformation process in the Company that will begin by implementing an ERP that provides functional coverage and integration to all its business processes, so that they can increase their productivity and achieve their most ambitious goals. This implementation Project begins with an analysis of the Company to get to know it in depth and examine what technological problemas currently exist, and what requierements the new tool to be implemented must meet. One this preliminary analysis has been carried out, a selection process of an ERP tool suitable for the Company will be carried out, from among several solutions that are marketed. Finally, an implementation plan will be defined that will include the adaptations of the system, the migration of the data and the change management policies that will be adopted, and the actions to be taken in the future.
