Abstract: | The objective of this TFG is to show a transformation plan of the management model that the organization currently has on the personnel that provides service in the circulation of trains of a Metropolitan Railway Company. This company provides its service in a large city and is quite expanded through several train lines that cross the city strategically, in such a way that each of these lines works with a few trains defined based on a table that It is prepared every year to meet the demand of user people. The management model of the Train Staff that currently exists depends on the people who work in the category called Circulation Manager, and they organize these agents based on their spontaneity and with few tools to help carry out this task, although, in recent years, basic help has been created with Excel files. Through the new management model that is proposed, it is intended to unify criteria, define the way of working and define the necessary tool to carry out this work that has become more complicated over the years. It should be noted that this management model will be carried out using the AGILE methodology, since we will base ourselves on the fact that this project needs speed and flexibility, with which we can apply it to work and constantly improve it together with the Traffic Managers. |
