Abstract: The aim of this project is to create a new path of investigation in Cultural Mediation focused in history and archeological museums for early and primary education. Some weaknesses are detected in these kinds of museums since there has not been a significant development in these practices in the last years, hence they keep outdated and obsolete. The first phase of the project includes a research of the most used educational strategies in the most representative history and archeological museums and also contemporary institutions. This project will try to detect the weaknesses of educational strategies by comparing them with the ones used in contemporary art institutions. The last part includes an educational proposal of contemporary strategies for classical institutions.
