Un estudio teórico sobre las demandas de las minorías sociales en España mediante el modelo sistémico de David Easton

Abstract

Este trabajo de final de máster comprende una recopilación de las demandas legislativas que busquen principalmente el bienestar social de las distintas minorías sociales en España vinculadas con los derechos y libertades fundamentales de la Constitución Española de 1978. A la vez, es clave que se estudien también las diferentes barreras y obstáculos jurídicos a nivel nacional, regional e internacional que en algunas ocasiones impiden el disfrute pleno y eficaz de sus derechos. Se utiliza una metodología cualitativa y deductiva combinando la ciencia política y el derecho constitucional siguiendo el modelo sistémico de David Easton para poder hacer una síntesis ordenada de todas estas demandas que buscan un cambio en el status quo.

This master's thesis includes a compilation of legislative demands that mainly seek the social welfare of the different social minorities in Spain linked to the fundamental rights and liberties of the Spanish Constitution of 1978. At the same time, it is important to study the different barriers and legal obstacles at national, regional, and international level that sometimes prevent the full and effective enjoyment of their rights. A qualitative and deductive methodology is used combining political science and constitutional law following David Easton's systemic model to be able to make an orderly synthesis of all these demands that seek a change in the status quo.
