Abstract: This project aims to design, simulate and optimize an F-Inverted meandered antenna using the Matlab tool, PCB Antenna Designer. It is a very powerful tool that allows you to create antennas integrated into printed circuit motherboards. Firstly, the operation of Bluetooth technology is explained, given that the antenna to be designed works in said band, as well as searches for different types of commercial integrated antennas to see their typologies and main characteristics. Once this is done, the next step will be to explain the step-by-step procedure of how to create the antenna with the indicated Matlab app, which is a complex task when it has never been done before and once finished, the corresponding simulations will be carried out to optimize its operation, bandwidth, S11 coefficient, impedance, as well as see the influence of the variation in the size of the ground plane on the antenna. Finally, the optimizations that the app allows will be carried out and explained automatically, as well as the generation of the files called Gerber, which would allow us to send to the factory to be able to generate the physical product.
