Abstract: This project deals with the issue of immigration and social acceptance through traditional 2D animation Nomad: Journey to the Unknown. The short film narrates the experience of a robot who is forced to leave his planet by the destructive impact of a large meteorite, in his escape he lands on a planet where he is rejected and marginalized from the first moment. The main objective of this work is to educate and sensitize the little ones, since the idea is for the short film to be viewed in the classrooms of primary school students, to make them aware of the social problem of immigration and the importance of their acceptance, cooperating and collaborating as equals. Once the animation is finished, it is shown that such a complex subject can be approached to build an educational story understandable by young children and use it as a tool in school education.
