Abstract: | This Final Degree Project focuses on editorial design and the development of educational resources for musical learning, which will be available through a digital platform. Although the full design and development of the platform will not be carried out within the scope of this project, a comprehensive brand identity will be designed to encompass both the educational resources and the conceptualization of the platform. The project stems from my deep personal connection to music, raced in a family of musicians and reinforced by my experience overseeing the musical education of my daughters, who study piano and guitar. This personal foundation is the pillar upon which the design proposal is built, aiming to create materials that are not only instructional but also inspiring for students of all ages. The initiative includes the development of music theory notebooks and cheat sheets that will be integrated into the future digital platform. These resources will be designed to be both printed and digital, allowing for a flexible and accessible learning experience. Special attention will be paid to the design, ensuring that the materials are visually appealing and effective. A preliminary study of the digital musical education market will guide the selection and design of the contents. This study involves competitive analysis and data collection through interviews with educators and musicians. The information obtained will be crucial for adapting the resources to the real needs of learners and ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. The design of the brand identity for these resources and the proposed platform focuses on creating a cohesive and professional image that reflects the quality and seriousness of the educational project. This visual identity will be the aesthetic core that unifies all components of the project. In summary, this Final Degree Project seeks not only to fill a gap in the current offering of musical educational resources but also to set a standard in the presentation and accessibility of music education. |
