Author: Martinez Terrades, Ivet
Tutor: González Recio, Sonia
Abstract: This Master's Thesis (TFM) investigates the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in a global context, with a specific focus on regional adaptation, using the Australian company GroundProbe as a case study. The study highlights the importance of a well-defined EVP for talent attraction, engagement, and retention. Through quantitative methods, including a complex global survey along with a comparative inventory of benefits across regions, cultural, legal, and economic differences between the regions where GroundProbe operates have been identified. The results have revealed the need to tailor the EVP to local specifics to maximize its effectiveness. Specific regional EVPs have been developed that have significantly improved employee satisfaction and engagement. This study provides practical implications for multinational companies, offering a framework for adapting the EVP to different regional contexts, and contributes to the academic literature on Human Resource Management.
