Abstract: This master's thesis addresses talent management in multicultural environments, proposing an intervention plan aimed primarily at organizations that are at an early stage of diversity management. Through the literature review, a theoretical framework has been developed where key concepts are exposed, as well as strategies that are carried out today and that are a pillar in the life cycle of employees and how they influence their motivation, satisfaction and work commitment. For the field work, qualitative research was carried out based on in-depth interviews divided into two groups, on the one hand, team leaders or managers from different companies were interviewed and, on the other hand, workers, since the objective was to obtain different points of view that bring value and reality to the work. During these interviews, factors were identified that could interfere in some way in the correct management of multicultural talent, such as lack of knowledge or the presence of unconscious biases and stereotypes, as well as the lack of training and communication that may exist within organizations. With these results, a specific intervention plan was proposed for those companies that have the need to approach diversity management from a more practical point of view, since the proposed actions are divided into phases, so that it is a continuous development process, and where emphasis is mainly placed on the fact of carrying out training actions, as well as maintaining a continuous evaluation mechanism to verify the success of the implemented actions and to be able to make adjustments if necessary. This work contributes to improve talent management in multicultural environments, generating a positive impact on people management and valuing cultural diversity as a key and vital axis in today's organizations.
