Title: Auditoria de processos comercials per la implantació d'un CRM en una empresa tèxtil

Abstract: This final degree project aims to audit the commercial processes of the fictitious textile company named TextUo in order to assess its readiness for a future CRM implementation. Currently, the company lacks a centralized solution to manage its customer interactions, and each sales team uses its own office tools. This results in inefficiencies, communication issues, and a high risk of information loss. The audit aims to identify the company’s level of preparedness for CRM implementation and to unify the sales process across all channels. Following a project management-based methodology, a GAP analysis will be conducted, improvement opportunities will be identified, and an action plan will be proposed to minimize risks. The results of the project will include a final audit report detailing areas for improvement, the GAP analysis, objectives, risks, and an action plan for the CRM implementation. Additionally, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be created to request proposals from CRM providers. This information will be crucial to evaluate the cost, duration, and complexity of the future CRM implementation. In conclusion, this project will provide a detailed diagnosis of TextUo’s current situation and offer the necessary recommendations to digitize and unify the company’s commercial processes.
