Abstract: Growing in Menstrual Empowerment! An accessible menstrual education project for adolescent girls and young women with intellectual disabilities, his initiative aims to provide menstrual education tailored to the specific needs of these women. The project was created to break taboos about menstruation and offer accessible, gender-sensitive education. With a feminist and inclusive approach, the project promotes the participants autonomy, empowerment, and sisterhood, while involving families and professionals to ensure a supportive environment. This initiative seeks to address an educational need and contribute to a more equal and respectful society for women with intellectual disabilities.
