Abstract: | This master’s thesis aims to develop a website that facilitates the visualization and access to real-time GNSS data, used to monitor ionospheric scintillation, a phenomenon that affects the accuracy of satellite navigation signals. This effect has significant implications for the safety of aircraft and other transportation systems. This project, developed in collaboration with gAGE/UPC and funded by the European Space Agency (ESA), arises from the need to make these data accessible to scientists, engineers, and users with different levels of technical expertise. For its development, design tools such as FIGMA were used for prototyping, and modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and the BEM methodology were applied for implementation. The design and structure were created with the user in mind, ensuring accessibility and future scalability, while promoting web accessibility in accordance with WCAG guidelines. The results met expectations, including the creation of a functional website that allows for real-time data acquisition and visualization in a clear and intuitive manner. In conclusion, the project offers a scalable, efficient, and accessible solution for ionospheric monitoring, facilitating access to critical information in a simple and comprehensible way for all users. |
