Internet parlamentario en España (1999-2007)

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza hasta qué punto el Congreso de los Diputados, institución representativa central de nuestro sistema democrático, favorece o no la interacción con la ciudadanía a través de la utilización de las nuevas tecnologías que se sustentan sobre la red electrónica virtual, analizando los recursos que se encuentran en la página web de esta institución y confrontándolos con un marco de análisis propio encaminado a objetivar una valoración sobre la misma.

This paper examines to what extent the Spanish Congress of Deputies (in Spanish: Congreso de los Diputados), the central representative institution of our democratic system favours or not its interaction with the citizens through the use of the new technologies based on the virtual electronic network, by analyzing the resources available on the website of this institution and confronting them with an analytical framework designed to objectify its assessment.

Aquesta recerca analitza fins a quin punt el Congrés dels Diputats, institució representativa central del nostre sistema democràtic, afavoreix o no la interacció amb la ciutadania a través de la utilització de les noves tecnologies que se sustenten sobre la xarxa electrònica virtual, analitzant els recursos que es troben a la pàgina web d'aquesta institució i confrontant-los amb un marc d'anàlisi propi encaminat a objectivar una valoració sobre la mateixa.
