| Abstract: | On 9 December 2013, the University¿s Executive Management Committee approved the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya Virtual Library Service Regulations following consultation with the Student Council.
The Regulations describe and cover the services offered by the Library and are applicable to all members of the UOC university community. These regulations are applied alongside the financial, academic and rights and responsibilities regulations approved in 2012. They contain details on each service and their users, and the conditions of use.
The Regulations include two appendices offering a simplified description of the loan service and corresponding suspension system. Specifically, the first appendix has a summary of the loan times and number of documents available to the different user types, the different loan services (UOC, PUC,inter-library) and the electronic document supply service. The second appendix has a summary of the loan service and electronic document supply service suspension system.
The Regulations can be found from the corresponding sections of the Library website.
The Regulations come into force on 20 February 2014. |
