Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is optimize workflow management system COMPSS characterizing the behavior of different memory devices in terms of energy consumption and execution time. To carry out this purpose, we have implemented a caching service for COMPSS to get aware of the memory hierarchy and have made many experiments to characterize memory devices and improvements in performance. |
