Title: Inteligencia competitiva en las Universidades públicas institucionalizadas de Perú

Abstract: This study, through knowledge management, focuses on competitive intelligence as a function to extract relevant information from the environment; Identify and analyze the mechanisms used by Peruvian institutionalized public universities to align their mission to the needs of the environment in order to contribute to regional development; as well as the incorporation of stakeholders to extract information from the environment and include it in its planning, definition of objectives and design of university programs; and, the influence of the Peruvian regulatory framework linked to education and universities in observing the environment.
