Abstract: In this work, a case study has been exposed that explains how a chain of Valencian supermarkets has decided to implement innovation, as part of the business strategy, to respond to changes and demands of the market and customers. A demand based on products to consume on the street, to help us take care of our body and at the same time be economical and comfortable to wear.
