Abstract: In this project, a database system is installed, designed and configured, where all the necessary components are housed to offer a professional solution to the Global Service Desk application. As a consequence, an integral solution of a database management system for the Global Service Desk application is presented in a real production environment, offering high availability, load management and efficiency.
